RESEARCH  EXPERIENCE:

  • (Leader) Bifunctional GalNAc-Aptamer chimeras mediate the targeted degradation            of extracellular and membrane proteins, XMU

    Advisers: Pro. Zhi Zhu

Developed the first aptamer-based LYTACs (Apt-LYTACs) to realize the extracellular and membrane proteins’ liver cell-specific degradation by conjugating aptamers to tri-GalNAc.

Responsible for most of the data analysis and manuscript writing.

  • (Leader) HCR-Cas12a bi-aptasensor for ultrasensitive tumour exosomes analysis, XMU

    Advisers: Pro. Zhi Zhu

Independently designed and achieved ultrasensitive exosomal detection at room temperature in a wash-free manner by using a Crispr-Cas 12a bi-aptasensor.

Currently organizing the results and drafting the manuscript for submission.
